Returns and Refund Policy
At Molin Mirrors, we strive for satisfied customers. If your order isn't to your liking, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Read below to find out how.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of return, please send an email to hello@molinmirrors.com within 14 days with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return (optional)
- Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
Return Policy
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The product must not be damaged or used.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Refund
Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days.
Please note: the outward shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned and it falls within the return period.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Was your mirror delivered damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@molinmirrors.com, with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will then provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
