Processing and Delivery Time

• All orders are shipped from our own warehouse.
• We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days of receiving payment.
• Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and, if applicable, a track & trace link so you can track your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the delivery address and the size of the order.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the stated delivery time, in exceptional circumstances, delays may occur due to the carrier. We ask for your understanding.
